Just received the card I ordered today and love it! The original one got lost in the mail and Keiko offered to send me a new one. She offered to hand deliver the replacement (but it didn’t work out due to me getting mixed the addresses mixed up), but she sent it out the next day and I just received it with an additional thank u/apology surprise. Needless to say, Keiko has excellent customer service and the quality of the cards are wonderful! 🥹
